Management Improvement - Kingsafe Group & Uniquality Care held a quality management system improvement kick-off meeting

The work of quality management system is a compulsory course for enterprise management. Whoever masters it will be able to do the work with ease, otherwise your brain will be like a mess. If the enterprise understands this work, the organizational structure, department responsibilities, work standards and workflow of the enterprise will be an assembly line.

Focus on quality control and aim at management improvement. On June 28, Kingsafe Group & Uniquality Care successfully held a quality management system improvement kick-off meeting. Unifying thoughts, coordinating actions, mobilizing all backbones and employees, and actively participating in the practice of improving the quality management system are the main tasks of this conference. Yan Huarong, chairman of Zhejiang Jinsanfa Group, Sun Jian, chairman of Zhejiang Gongxin Certification, middle and senior managers of the group company and the Gongxin project team attended the meeting.

The project team teacher Yu Xiaomeng introduced the survey overview of the quality management system in the early stage and the follow-up improvement direction.

Assistant President Zhong Chunhui read out the requirements and safeguard measures of this quality management improvement project. The management representatives of the group company jointly signed on the "commitment signing table", promising to lead all the management personnel of the group company to complete the prescribed actions and improve the management level.

Focusing on the improvement of this project, Mr. Sun from Gongxin Certification shared his views from three aspects and explained the direction and specific work steps of the improvement of the quality management system.

Chairman Yan Huarong introduced the history of Jinsanfa Group's quality system, and affirmed that the overall plan and work plan for the improvement of the company's quality management system are appropriate, sufficient and effective. Finally, around this management system improvement work, Director Yan asked all departments to conscientiously implement the project plan, truly stimulate the endogenous motivation, continuously and effectively improve, and constantly move towards a new height of quality management.
